It is with great excitement that we talk about The Hop's partnership this year with the Girl Scouts for ice cream and cookies! Here is what you can expect and how you can support.
Friday, January 20th, was the release of dairy and vegan Mint Cookie Ice Cream at all locations! That means now through the end of February you can support the local Girl Scouts by eating ice cream! The more cups, cones, milkshakes, and sundaes we scoop the more ice cream we make the more Thin Mints we order the more money goes to area Girl Scout Troops!
As a flavor, Mint Cookie Ice Cream is definitely for the fans of Mint Chocolate Chip and Grasshopper - it has the same components, but with Thin Mints crumbled in in place of chocolate chips or oreos. This is available in a dairy and vegan hemp milk version. But to keep things fresh and fun Ashley and the awesome Hopsters at The Creamery have taken cookie ice cream to the next level - see below ;)
Another fun way to support the Girl Scouts at The Hop(s) is through cookie booth sales! We have opened up all of our Asheville locations to local Girl Scout Troops multiple days a week! Here is the schedule so you can plan your cookie purchases in advance...

Dark cherry ice cream with the traditional Girl Scout Trefoils made into a cookie butter swirl.
Vegan Raspberry Chocolate Cookie Oat Milk
Raspberry oat milk base mixed with a vegan ganache swirl and bits of Girl Scout Raspberry Rallies.
