A dairy and vegan version is on the menu at all locations through December. Each year as the leaves loose their color and slowly drift to the ground, as winter's chill glistens, as Yule Log season approaches, the merry Hopsters sound the trumpets announcing Peppermint Stick's arrival. This is a Hop Ice Cream tradition that goes back to the 20th century and we are honored to bring it back to you in 2023! We hope it brings you jolly tidings and a sense of warmth.
