Local Strawberry Ice Cream

Local Strawberry Ice Cream, both dairy and vegan, is on the menu Friday May 12th, through the end of the growing season! To make it as delicious as possible we puree the fresh picked berries right into our 16% sweet cream base and add a swirl of housemade strawberry jam (made with the same berries). Here's a little video of the process :)
