Apples & Honey

Apples & Honey Ice Cream returns to The Hop September 15th! We are grateful to say it's made with a blend of tart and sweet Holt Orchard apples (out of Flat Rock) as well as Haw Creek Honey.  Holt Orchards is also known for their Apple Cider Donuts, which can be found on their website.

This release also coincides with the beginning of Rosh Hashanah. For this traditional Jewish holiday it is customary to dip apples in honey for a sweet New Year. And this year we have teamed up with the fine folks at the Asheville JCC to celebrate (and promote youth literacy). They will be in our Merrimon Ave location on Sunday 9/17 from 1-3pm with books from the PJ Library, materials, swag, information, and more.
