Local Pumpkin Ice Cream

Pumpkin Ice Cream arrives at The Hop(s)!!! A dairy and vegan version of this highly-anticipated seasonal treat, both made with pumpkins from Lee's One Fortune Farm, will be on the menu at all locations 9/30 through October. And, as the calendars turn to October, with Pumpkin Ice Cream comes our preparation for Halloween, including the return of Gothic Waffle Cones on October 16th!

The Hop and Lee’s One Fortune Farm have had a wonderful business to business relationship for several years. In 2019 Tou Lee reached out to The Hop about making Peach Ice Cream for the WNC community to enjoy (including for Tou and Chou Lee to sell at markets). The partnership was struck and has been thriving ever since. It has now also expanded beyond peaches to strawberries, kabocha (Japanese pumpkins), purple sweet potatoes, and many other fruits and vegetables. Beyond their work as a farm, Tou and Chou Lee are amazing people whose genuine care for their community and customers is truly inspirational.
